The Hollywood star, 66, will find out this month if treatment for his throat most cancers has worked.
Douglas was in New York with wife Catherine Zeta Jones, 42, and their kids Dylan, 10, and seven-12 months-outdated Carys.
The actor recently revealed he will be taught in January if the cancer has been eliminated.
The percentages are on his side although after doctors instructed him it has an eighty% cure rate.
